6 DCM graded cards that sold on eBay in September, each compared with what raw and PSA graded copies of the same card sold for.
Every month we pull every DCM graded card that sold on eBay through InstaList and line it up against what the same card sold for raw, and what it sold for in a PSA slab at the same grade. No asking prices, no estimates: real sales on both sides.
This is the September 2026 report.
The short version
- 4 of 6 DCM graded cards sold for more than the average raw copy of the same card.
- The typical DCM sale came in +40% over the raw average, a median gain of $4.66 per card.
- Against PSA at the same grade number, DCM cards sold for about 59% of the PSA price. 1 of 6 matched or beat it.
- Cards with a raw average under $20: +247% (3 cards) vs raw. Cards at $20 and up: +11% (3 cards) vs raw.
That last split is the pattern to watch. A DCM grade does the most for the cards that would otherwise sell as anonymous raw singles, where a buyer has no way to judge condition from a phone photo.

How we compare
- DCM price: the final sale price on eBay, from the seller's InstaList listing. Shipping is not included.
- Raw and PSA prices: completed eBay sales of the same card, as recorded by PriceCharting and SportsCardsPro, within 180 days of the DCM sale. Raw means ungraded listings. PSA means listings titled PSA at the same grade number as the DCM grade. Any listing that mentions DCM is left out of the comps.
- Average: the mean after dropping the highest and lowest 10% of sales, so one stray sale does not swing the number.
- Which cards make the list: a card needs at least 3 raw sales and 2 PSA sales at its grade, and a confident match between our record and the price guide's product. 29 of this month's sales did not meet those rules and are left out, along with any sale more than three times the PSA average, which usually means a parallel or a mismatched listing rather than a real result.
- What it does not control for: sellers tend to grade their nicest copies, while raw comps include every condition. Part of any gain over raw is the card's condition, which is exactly what the grade is there to show a buyer.
