Front Side

Corners

6/10

Top Left

The upper-left yellow corner retains its point, with slight rounding and a small worn area along the apex visible against the green outer field.

Top Right

At the upper-right yellow corner, the apex is softened with visible edge wear against the yellow border and green background.

Bottom Left

The lower-left corner is visibly rounded, with exposed pale cardstock along the yellow perimeter and a less-defined point.

Bottom Right

The lower-right yellow corner displays the strongest visible softening, with a blunted apex and localized pale wear against the yellow border.

Analysis: Front corners show moderate wear across all four points, with the lower corners more rounded than the upper corners. The bottom-left and bottom-right corners establish a score of 6 for the face. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 6/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.

Edges

6/10

Top

The top yellow edge has an uneven worn appearance with several pale flecks and a rougher-looking section across the upper border.

Bottom

The bottom yellow edge is comparatively even, with localized wear near the lower corners but no long continuous chip.

Left

The left yellow edge remains straight but shows intermittent pale flecks where the border meets the green outer field.

Right

The right yellow edge is visibly worn in isolated areas, particularly toward the upper and lower corner transitions.

Analysis: The front top edge has the most visible whitening and roughness, while the remaining edges show lighter intermittent wear. The top-edge condition limits the front edge score to 6. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 6/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.

Findings:

scuff (moderate)

Location: front surface, upper artwork and top border area

A localized uneven sheen and textured wear pattern is visible across the upper front area, distinct from the broader smooth glare.

Analysis: Front surface condition is moderately worn, with visible localized sheen irregularity in the upper artwork area. Broad diagonal brightness bands are consistent with photographic reflection and are not scored as scratches.

Back Side

Corners

7/10

Top Left

The physical top-left back corner, appearing on the right side of the back photograph, remains mostly defined with slight blue-edge softening.

Top Right

The physical top-right back corner, appearing on the left side of the back photograph, shows a softened blue apex with a small pale edge area.

Bottom Left

The physical bottom-left back corner, visible at the lower-right of the back photograph, is slightly rounded while retaining most of its blue border.

Bottom Right

The physical bottom-right back corner, visible at the lower-left of the back photograph, has a visibly softened tip and minor blue-edge wear.

Analysis: Back corners are cleaner than the front overall, but the top-right and bottom-right physical corners show visible softening. No lifted or folded corner is confirmed in the photographs. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 7/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.

Edges

7/10

Top

The blue top edge has scattered light flecks and a slightly irregular textured line, especially toward the left side of the back photograph.

Bottom

The blue bottom edge is generally continuous, with minor pale wear concentrated near the physical bottom-right corner.

Left

The physical left back edge, appearing on the right side of the back image, is mostly straight with isolated pale points along the blue perimeter.

Right

The physical right back edge, appearing on the left side of the back image, shows light wear near the upper section while remaining structurally straight.

Findings:

whitening (moderate)found under magnification

Location: back bottom edge

Several small white cardstock flecks are visible along the lower dark-blue cut edge, including near the rounded left corner.

whitening (moderate)found under magnification

Location: back bottom edge

A visibly uneven, pale and slightly frayed line runs along the lower dark-blue edge toward the right corner.

View magnified evidence photo

whitening (moderate)found under magnification

Location: back left edge

Multiple pale flecks and roughness are visible along the dark blue left cut edge.

View magnified evidence photo

whitening (moderate)found under magnification

Location: back left edge

Small white fiber exposure is visible along the lower-left rounded cut edge.

View magnified evidence photo

whitening (minor)found under magnification

Location: back right edge

A thin uneven whitish wear line is visible along the lower-right edge near the rounded corner.

View magnified evidence photo

Analysis: Back edges show moderate wear concentrated along the top edge and lighter flecking elsewhere. No edge separation, major chipping, or material loss is confirmed. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 7/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.

Surface

8/10

No analysis available

Findings:

scuff (minor)

Location: back surface, upper-center area around the Pokémon logo

A localized dull, uneven reflective area is visible around the upper-center logo region, although glare limits precise separation from surface wear.

whitening (moderate)found under magnification

Location: back lower-left area of the surface

The dark bottom-left border shows a visibly rough, pale-flecked run with exposed fibers near the corner.

View magnified evidence photo

Analysis: Back surface remains more uniform than the front, with minor localized reflective irregularity around the upper-center logo area. No confirmed deep scratch, indentation, stain, or holo-pattern disruption is visible.
