Corners
8/10The upper-left corner retains a crisp point against the silver frame, with no visible fiber exposure or rounding at the available image resolution.
At the upper-right corner beside the green energy symbol, the silver frame reaches a clean, sharp apex without visible whitening or lift.
The lower-left corner near the weakness text remains angular and flat, with the multicolor border intact to the tip.
The lower-right corner adjacent to the rule box appears pointed and undamaged, with no exposed white cardstock detected.
Location: front bottom-left corner
White/gray fiber exposure and roughness are visible along the lower-left rounded cut edge.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: All four front corners were examined for fiber exposure, rounding, compression, and lift; none is visible. The silver frame and printed artwork terminate cleanly at each sharp apex. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: moderate whitening (bottom-left corner) — this score reflects those findings.
Edges
7/10The top edge follows the silver nameplate with a straight, continuous cut and no visible chipping or white flecks.
Along the bottom edge beneath the rule box, the printed border remains even and the factory cut appears smooth without exposed cardstock.
The left edge beside the blue-and-orange artwork is straight from corner to corner, with no observable fuzzing, whitening, or nicks.
The right edge bordering the orange artwork and yellow text areas remains clean and uninterrupted, with no confirmed coating loss.
Location: front bottom edge
A visible rough, whitish run of exposed edge material extends along the bottom border.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front left edge
Multiple white flecks and exposed fiber spots are visible along the dark left border edge.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front right edge
Multiple pale flecks and edge abrasion are visible along the dark right border.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The complete front perimeter was scanned for whitening, chips, roughness, and fiber exposure. All four edges appear straight and clean at the available image resolution. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: moderate whitening (bottom edge); moderate whitening (left edge); moderate whitening (right edge) — this score reflects those findings.
Surface
10/10No analysis available
Location: front lower-left area of the surface
A visibly rough, whitish exposed run is present along the lower card edge.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front lower-right area of the surface
The lower edge shows a visibly mottled, rough whitish run consistent with cardstock exposure.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The orange, blue, and yellow Mega Heracross artwork was reviewed across the visible surface zones, including the text panels and foil areas. Reflection bands are consistent with lighting rather than physical surface damage.

Corner Close-ups (Back)
Corners
9/10The physical top-left corner of the back, corresponding to the opposite side of the flipped image, shows a clean blue point with no visible whitening.
The physical top-right back corner maintains a sharp blue border intersection and shows no rounding or edge separation.
The physical bottom-left back corner beside the blue swirl pattern is well-defined, with the blue coating appearing continuous to the apex.
The physical bottom-right back corner remains square and flat, without a white fleck, bend, or compressed tip visible.
Analysis: The four physical back corners were checked individually for whitening, rounding, dents, and lift. Each retains a sharp blue perimeter and no confirmed corner handling defect is visible. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 9/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.
Edges
8/10The physical top back edge is a smooth blue line around the upper Poké Ball design, without visible roughness or whitening.
The physical bottom back edge remains evenly blue beneath the lower logo, with no apparent chips or breaks in the coating.
The physical left back edge, located on the opposite side of the flipped image, presents a clean blue cut with no visible edge wear.
The physical right back edge shows a continuous blue perimeter and a straight profile, with no detectable fiber exposure.
Analysis: All four physical back edges were inspected across their full visible lengths. The blue perimeter is continuous, smooth, and free of confirmed whitening or chipping. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 8/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.
Surface
10/10No analysis available
Analysis: The back surface was scanned across the blue border, logo, Poké Ball, and surrounding swirl pattern. No defined physical surface defect is visible at the provided resolution.
