Front
Centering Measurements
Perfect centering: front left-right and top-bottom ratios are approximately 53/47, both within the 55/45 threshold. The yellow outer border shows only a subtle shift on each axis.
Back
Centering Measurements
Perfect centering: the back ratios are approximately 55/45 left-right and 53/47 top-bottom. The horizontal shift is consistent with the mirrored presentation of the card back and remains within the 55/45 threshold.

Corners
8/10The upper-left yellow corner retains a defined point, with no confirmed white fiber exposure or lift visible at the available image resolution.
At the upper-right yellow border, the apex appears intact and flat; no confirmed rounding, bend, or cardstock exposure is visible.
The lower-left corner beside the Edition 1 symbol remains geometrically intact, with the yellow coating reaching the tip without a confirmed chip.
The lower-right yellow corner near the retreat-cost area appears sharp enough in the photograph, with no confirmed lift or structural displacement.
Location: front top-right corner
Multiple small white flecks are visible along the dark right cut edge near the rounded corner.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front bottom-right corner
A short run of white fiber exposure and roughness is visible along the right outer edge.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: All four front corners were checked for fiber exposure, rounding, compression, and lift. The yellow border remains continuous at the visible apexes, and no confirmed corner defect is present. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: moderate whitening (top-right corner); moderate whitening (bottom-right corner) — this score reflects those findings.
Edges
8/10The upper yellow edge around the Magnemite name area is continuous from corner to corner, with no confirmed whitening or rough fibering.
Along the lower yellow perimeter near the attack text, the cut line appears intact and no confirmed chipping or edge separation is visible.
The left yellow edge beside the artwork frame remains visually unbroken, with no confirmed white flecks or fuzzing distinguishable from the surrounding lighting.
The right edge beside the HP and artwork area shows a continuous yellow boundary without confirmed material loss or a bent edge.
Location: front bottom edge
A small white fiber or exposed spot protrudes from the bottom cut edge near the left side.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front right edge
Several white flecks are visible along the lower-right cut edge.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: All four front edges were scanned along their visible lengths for whitening, chipping, roughness, and fuzzing. No confirmed handling-related edge defect is visible. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: faint whitening visible only under magnification (bottom edge); moderate whitening (right edge) — this score reflects those findings.
Surface
6/10No analysis available
Location: front holofoil artwork, upper-center to center area
Upper-center holofoil shows multiple pale, irregular linear scratches crossing the blue field and disrupting the otherwise continuous reflective surface; the marks are plainly visible against the dark blue artwork.
Location: front upper-left area of the surface
Several thin scratches are visible across the dark blue artwork in the upper-right portion of the region.
View magnified evidence photoLocation: front upper-right area of the surface
A faint narrow vertical scratch is visible in the dark blue artwork near the center-left.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The front surface is the limiting condition area. Multiple visible scratches interrupt the blue holofoil panel, including a prominent cluster above and around the Magnemite artwork, producing a surface score of 6.

Corner Close-ups (Back)
Corners
8/10The physical top-left corner of the card, appearing on the right side of the back photograph, shows a rounded outer silhouette from perspective but no confirmed material loss.
The physical top-right blue corner, appearing on the left side of the back photograph, remains intact with no visible white fiber or bend line.
The physical bottom-left corner beneath the blue Pokémon field appears flat and continuous, without a confirmed chip or lift.
The physical bottom-right blue corner retains its outline and shows no confirmed whitening, compression, or structural separation.
Location: back bottom-right corner
Multiple small white flecks are visible along the dark blue right border near the corner.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The four physical back corners were reviewed using the blue outer frame as the reference. No confirmed rounding, fiber exposure, bend, or corner lift is visible. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: moderate whitening (bottom-right corner) — this score reflects those findings.
Edges
8/10The physical top blue edge, shown at the bottom of the back photograph because of the card flip, appears continuous with no confirmed whitening.
The physical bottom blue edge beneath the Pokémon logo has a clean visible boundary, without a confirmed chip or rough cut.
The physical left edge, appearing on the right side of the back photograph, remains blue and continuous with no confirmed exposed cardstock.
The physical right edge, appearing on the left side of the back photograph, shows no confirmed white flecks, fuzzing, or edge deformation.
Location: back right edge
Multiple small white flecks are visible on the dark blue right border near the lower portion.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The blue back perimeter was examined on all four physical edges. Reflection is present in places, but no confirmed edge whitening, chipping, roughness, or structural deformation is visible. Magnified zoom inspection subsequently found: moderate whitening (right edge) — this score reflects those findings.
Surface
7/10No analysis available
Location: back lower-right area of the surface
Two small white flecks are visible on the dark blue right border.
View magnified evidence photoAnalysis: The back surface is visually affected by strong reflection and uneven illumination. No confirmed physical surface defect is distinguishable at the available image resolution, although visibility limits confidence. Magnified inspection adjusted this face to 7/10 — see the limiting factors and condition summary above.
